We may change these Terms any time. By using the Site after a change, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.

KID A products displayed on the Site are available in select stores in Canada, United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Canada.

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to customer service at kidaapparel@gmail.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned.

You should assume everything you see, hear, or otherwise receive from or on the Site (the Contents) is copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property owned and/or licensed by KID A. The contents include images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, trademarks, logos, text, software, sounds, music, the Site as a whole and any other materials at the Site.

You may use or download the Contents solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices with them. No other type of use is permitted. Downloading or copying Content does not transfer any right, title or interest in any Content to you. The downloading or export of software or technical data from this Site to any jurisdiction in violation of Canadian export laws is strictly prohibited.

As some of the content viewed on this site may be deemed as offensive. No child under the age of 16 shall view this website without the permission of a parent or guardian.

Service displayed on the site can be delivered in Canadian and the United States. Prices are valid and effective only in Canadian.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). KID A Communications To You You agree that KID A may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of KID A products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as KID A deems appropriate.

Unless otherwise specified, KID A displays this Site and the Contents solely to market and promote KID A services in Canada and United States. KID A controls and operates this Site from its offices in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

These Terms shall be construed according to Canadian Law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Contents, the use of the Site, or products or services purchased using this Site, shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts of Alberta, Canada. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and KID A relating to the Site or its Contents. Any other agreements between you and KID A are superseded and have no force or effect.

If KID A believes you have failed to comply with these Terms, or for any other or no reason, KID A, may deny you access to the Site immediately without notice. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to the Content, disclaimers and liability limitations in these Terms shall continue to apply. Upon denial of access, you must promptly destroy all Content downloaded or obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of Content.
